I began my career as a producer, where I honed my skills in facilitating collaboration and driving creative projects to completion. Over the years, I've developed commercials, billboards, web and mobile games, websites, digital tools, and software.

  • Start with a clear problem statement and hypothesis

    Outline a project plan and timeline

    Define roles. Ex: Driver, approver, contributors, informed (DACI)

    Define key outcomes and goals

  • Validate the problem - Analyze current state through audits, surveys, interviews

    Measure success - Define metrics and establish baseline if needed. Connect to org and company OKRs.

    Research - Run interviews with external teams, reference community resources.

  • Synthesize results, conceptualize the project’s direction, present recommendations to stakeholders, and refine the plan.

  • Design

    The solution is unique to the problem. Here are examples of common methods and deliverables:

    Writing documentation and playbooks.

    • Designing a workshop in FigJam.

    • Updating Jira configurations or creating Airtable base and dashboards

    • Creating IA and process flow diagrams
